Client E

...is super spiritual and is in tuned with her chakras, orishas, and her physical presence in this world. She struggled tremendously with child and adulthood trauma including sexual abuse and emotional abuse and neglect. She is a business owner who has in many ways paved her own way, but she realizes not her full potential. More often than not, Client E has “awakenings” that she brings into sessions and allows to act as guides to her taking steps toward her “living her best life”. Client E is steadily progressing toward being “happy” by her own definition and standards. She actively engages in the therapeutic process and based on her treatment plan, therapist supports the spiritual awakenings by implementing mindfulness challenges in each and every session.
